Emily Bridges, MBA, CSM, is a dedicated Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in delivering high-quality e-commerce and complex software development projects. Based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, Emily utilizes Agile methodologies to enhance business value, improve team productivity, and boost morale.

Throughout her career, Emily has served in various pivotal roles, from being a Scrum Master at CAS to a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Revlocal. She has led software teams to high-performance levels, facilitated Agile ceremonies, and coached team members on continuous improvement. Emily is also an educator, currently sharing her knowledge and real-life experiences with students at Columbus State Community College as an adjunct professor.

Emily’s academic background includes an MBA from Capital University and a BS and AS in Management Information Systems and Computer Programming, respectively, from The University of Akron. Her deep technical expertise, combined with her commitment to servant leadership, ensures successful project deliveries that consistently meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Sande Jones is an accomplished Full-Stack ColdFusion Developer with a wealth of experience in developing and maintaining web applications. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Sande has an extensive background in working with diverse technologies such as ColdFusion, JavaScript, and SQL.

Throughout his career, Sande has contributed to numerous high-profile projects. At Ansira, Sande played a pivotal role in developing and updating dealer compliance and advertising reimbursement platforms for prestigious automotive brands, leveraging technologies like ColdFusion 11, HTML5, jQuery, and MS SQL 2012. Sande's expertise also includes the creation of SQL assets and development of new tools designed to enhance performance significantly.

Sande's previous roles include positions at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Franklin County Auditor's Office, and Application Link Inc./GenesisEarth. His responsibilities in these roles ranged from developing secure public-facing web forms to managing data conversion processes and integrating new components into complex systems.

Tim plays a crucial role as our Senior BI Specialist, bringing extensive experience and expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Visualization. Since joining us in July 2023, Tim has focused on optimizing BI solutions, turning complex data sets into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

In his previous roles as a BI & Analytics Architect and Senior Consultant, Tim led major advancements in BI systems and project delivery. His strategic thinking and innovative solutions have consistently resulted in client success and organizational growth. As a Senior Power BI Architect, Tim specialized in designing scalable BI platforms that enhance data analysis capabilities and drive data-informed transformations.
